·In August, HC International announced the transfer of 42.5% equity interest in China Search Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary to Fidelity, IDGLP, Legend and Global Cyberlinks Holdings Inc. for a total consideration of US$4.74 million in cash. Hereafter, HC owns approximately 18.44% effective equity interest in Zhongsou and further focuses on B2B business.

·In May, HC International (8292) transferred its entire equity interest in television advertising business, China Media Network International to Metaphor Corp, an OTCBB listed company in US,for the consideration of US$3.785 million in cash and 28.68% of the common stock of Metaphor Corp.

·In February, hc360.com and ICIS-LOR, a subsidiary of the global leading publisher and information provider Reed Business Information UK Ltd. ("RBI") made a strategic cooperation. The two partners will together do the international and domestic fuel oil market research and analysis, and provide information products with international characters.
